my grandad and i was very close closer then me and my mother
in 1997 i was born on the 18th of july(also known as his birthday)
so we shared our birthday!
it has been really hard for me and my family but i guess his time has come
some day i will see him again
sadly missed...x
missing you grandad
yesterday when I woke up, you were the only thing on my mind, i think about you every single day, but yesterday was the anniversary of the cruel day you were taken away from me and your family.
I can remember you saying when we came to visit you in hospital a few days before you passed, "I will be out of this hospital for christmas". It wasnt the first time we had visited you there at christmas, when I was younger, me and adam (my younger brother) sung christmas carols to you, even though you weren't the only person listening, the whole ward was watching and listening, they cheered and clapped for us. I can remember the smile and pride on your face, the face I can never, ever forget.
Grandad, I miss you, we all miss you, we all love you.
Hope you have a great christmas and I just want to let you know that we will all be thinking of you, even though you will be right next to me on the sofa where we would sit together and open our presents and share many hugs and kisses....
